Our Team

Omika Mehra

Omika, Purchase and Sales Director at RMBAY, holds a Master’s in Finance from the ICMA Centre, University of Reading, UK, and began her career at Citibank in corporate advisory. She joined RMBAY at its founding, mentored by her father, Prem Mehra, a leader in the worsted woolen industry. Omika also founded PANOS, a successful gifting and home decor business, showcasing her design prowess and entrepreneurial spirit. Her diverse skills and impressive background make her an invaluable asset to the business world

Ashima Mehra

Ashima, Factory Operations Director and Finance Head at RMBAY, learned directly from her father, Prem Mehra, a pioneer in the worsted yarn industry. She also holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Photography from the London College of Fashion, blending her creative passions with her professional roles. Her continuous learning and unique perspective as a photographer enhance her contributions to RMBAY. Ashima's dedication and creativity not only drive her professional success but also inspire others in the industry.

Ruchika Mehra

Ruchika Mehra, Sales Director and head of New Product Development, Sustainability Initiatives, and Finished Fabric Division at RMBAY, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai, and specialized in Sales & Marketing at the London School of Fashion. Joining her father in 1995, she helped set up a worsted textile joint venture with Danish and Taiwanese partners. In 2002, she founded 'Shawlart,' a line of scarves, stoles, and shawls. Ruchika leads the creation of innovative, sustainable yarns and fabrics at RMBAY, including eco-friendly products made from recycled waste
